Objective: Obesity is a global, chronic disease that affects both developed and developing countries. The purpose of this study to examine the effect morbid obesity affect decayed, missing, filled teeth (DMFT) index saliva values.
 Methods: included 50 morbidly obese, control group patients ranging in age from 18 68. DMFT was determined by clinical examination. kit used determine values [unstimulated flow rate (USFR), stimulated (SSFR), viscosity (SV), pH (SpH), buffering capacity (SBC)]. were surveyed learn about their oral health habits, nutritional socioeconomic status.
